Difficult to maintain success. I had just arrived at the goal, but continued to plummet on failure. In the last two days, I wake up in the morning to be weighed. Good thing I'm back to 52kg. But immediately after I started ,I began to held a feast. I think only a few servings is not going to affect me. Even so the next day I was up one kg .... Gosh ... maybe I should start to worry about what I eat after this .. : (
What I at today :
2 cups of homemade tiramisu
curry chips
currry rice
2 cups of fruit jelly
1 BBQ chicken wings
P/s : Im on my collage holiday...hope to loses more weight now and be a new me.
